The Garden Egg Shells (sold)

Description: 'The Garden Egg Shells' is a sculpture made from surplus Garden Egg Chairs, a design icon of the 1960's by Peter Ghyczy, commissioned by his son Felix Ghyczy. The shells are shapes as the ancient Persian symbol, The Paisley, a symbol of Life and Eternity. 'The Garden Egg Shells' is a Homage to the cosmopolite Peter Ghyczy. It is a symbol of the rebellious spirit of the era when the Garden Egg Chair was created.
